a month ago, already....

a month ago today I was standing on the top of pike's peak
and
visiting the olympic training center
~~
so
what happened
where did it go
?
you'd think I would have noticed
something passing in front of me as quickly as these past four weeks have
~~
I think it's time for me to start appreciating the days better than I do
which can only mean one think
~less blinking of course~

I was just thinking that the other day...my days whip by in a blur and I get so I wonder what's going on around me. This doesn't answer your question...but I'm just saying, I get what your saying.

PS. I'm EXTREMELY proud of a flower shot I took...it's the new banner of my creative blog....I'm having agony with the sodding arrangement of a post on FCTS but hope to have that sorted out later too....

...an addict, I tell you....and I'm pretty sure you're my enabler...:)

Hi Beth,

You know the saying - "Time flies when you're having fun". So you must be having a ball!

yea, I've been back from England almost a month already, too, sucks big ones. Especially when it's been 3-digit heat every day since my return. I'm growling, here ... grrrrrrrr. I mean, my Brit friends mail me days-of-the-week socks and it'll be another 3 months before I can WEAR the thangs. grrrrrrrrr. Not sure what that has to do with your post but hey, it's on my mind.

Times they are a changin' (and too fast for my taste!)

When you figure out how to apply the brake, let a sista know!!

Four weeks. That doesn't seem possible. They say time flies when you're having fun, so I hope that's been part of it, though I suspect Colorado was MORE fun than the four weeks after!
